THIS AGREEMENT is made between "UX Primer," a brand of Wink Works Limited ("the Seller"), and you ("the Purchaser"), for the use of digital eBooks supplied by the Seller.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them here:

1.1 "eBook" refers to the digital content provided by the Seller, including but not limited to text, images, links, multimedia, and other digital media.

1.2 "Personal Use" refers to the use of the eBook by the Purchaser for non-commercial, private, and individual purposes.

1.3 "Seller's Website" refers to the website operated by the Seller, through which the eBook may be purchased.

1.4 Other terms not defined herein shall have their ordinary English meanings.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

2.1 The Seller grants to the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the eBook for Personal Use, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

2.2 This License does not grant the Purchaser any ownership rights in the eBook, and all intellectual property rights in the eBook remain the property of the Seller or its licensors.

3. PERMITTED USES

3.1 The Purchaser may download, store, view, and display the eBook on compatible devices for Personal Use.

3.2 The Purchaser may print copies of the eBook for Personal Use.

4. RESTRICTIONS

4.1 The Purchaser shall not distribute, share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the eBook available to third parties.

4.2 The Purchaser shall not alter, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the eBook.

4.3 The Purchaser shall not use the eBook for commercial purposes, including but not limited to use in a business or professional context, or for public performances or displays.

5. TERMINATION

5.1 The Seller may terminate this License if the Purchaser breaches any of its terms.

5.2 Upon termination, the Purchaser must cease all use of the eBook and destroy all copies in its possession or control.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 The eBook is provided "as is," and the Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2 The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the eBook, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to its subject matter.

7.2 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is located, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

7.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

7.4 The Purchaser may not assign or transfer this License without the prior written consent of the Seller.

By purchasing an eBook from "UX Primer," the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
